The aim of this project is to develop a decision-making tool for municipalities based on publicly available data on user satisfaction. Managing cities is a complex task for municipalities. Both making policies and evaluating them requires careful planning and considerable resources. However, citizens already provide this information publicly on a variety of user experience websites (such as Booking.com, Tripadvisor, etc.). By retrieving data from such sources, we can provide government agencies with a powerful tool to help them implement relevant and efficient policies
