For example, we use 'remote monitoring' technology to detect disturbances in nightlife areas so that police can intervene immediately. Through the use of cameras and sensors, we provide children with epilepsy with a safe place to sleep at night. Sometimes you have to make difficult decisions: whose safety is more crucial in a self-driving car? Is it the occupants or the children playing outside? In such a circumstance, a value conflict occurs, which can escalate into a complex moral problem.
